About the Role
As a Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences across our diverse portfolio of betting and gaming products.
You will identify opportunities and drive the creation of products that solve for our customers and achieve our wider business ambitions.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive the evolution of the product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge in our industry.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives and departments' OKRs.
- Develop, lead, and coach a stellar team of product managers and product owners, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including design, technology, compliance, commercial, finance, and legal, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing success.
Requirements:
- Experienced in delivering Product Strategy, outlining the company's strategic vision for its product offerings.
- Well-versed in User Story Definition, describing and outlining a general explanation of a software or product feature from the perspective of end-users.
- Expert in User Experience Design, emphasizing usability, accessibility, and emotional connection to deliver positive interactions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Advanced skills in User Research & Customer Need Identification, building understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Highly experienced in Product Discovery & Experimentation, developing products based on deep customer insights and continually testing hypotheses for ways to improve your product.
