Support Team Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Team Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a global support team, ensuring seamless customer experience, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support leadership, with a proven track record of mentoring teams to achieve excellence. They will also possess excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to empathize with customers while navigating complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a global support team to ensure exceptional customer experience and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and compliance, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of direct leadership experience in customer support or other user-facing teams within fast-paced technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of successful team management, process improvement, and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
