Job Title: Retail Trainee Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Retail Trainee Manager. In this role, you will have the chance to develop and refine your retail skills through on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Job Description:

As a Senior Trainee Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, maintaining high standards, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and develop your commercial acumen. You will also be responsible for people management, developing and coaching teams, and enhancing customer experience through training and resolving complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An ambitious Supervisor or Duty Manager who has worked in retail, like Grocery supermarkets or convenience stores, has knowledge of HACCP customer service and wants to enhance their retail experience in a bigger store.
  • Passion for grocery retail and working with the general public.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative.
  • Flexibility to work mornings and evenings, weekends.
