Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a nurse, you will be responsible for delivering physical, emotional, and social support, ensuring the well-being of those in your care.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional care to residents;
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of care services;
- Representing the organization and acting in the best interest of residents;
- Working as part of a team focused on developing improved models of care;
- Seeking opportunities for improvements and embracing change.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience;
- Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare standards;
- Registration with the relevant nursing body;
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
Desirable Requirements
Management experience would be beneficial; a postgraduate qualification in healthcare would be highly desirable.
