Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to drive business growth and exceptional client service through comprehensive financial planning services including estate planning, investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing expert guidance on tailored financial solutions to meet their complex needs.
  • Develop and implement standards and processes that ensure seamless client service delivery while fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on excellence.
  • Identify training opportunities to keep the team updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial advice provision to clients is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, particularly Voyant.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
