Job Overview:
Chef Managers at Total Solutions are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our on-site canteens. This role requires a skilled and experienced chef who can lead a small team, deliver quality meals, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to manage our canteen's menu planning, food preparation, stock management, and food safety compliance.

This is a hands-on role that involves leading a small team, delivering quality meals, and maintaining high food service standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, experience in a high-volume catering or canteen setting, and excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP regulations.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in a high-volume catering or canteen setting
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily kitchen operations
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring high food quality and consistency
