IT Director

The IT Director plays a pivotal role in leading the Information Technology function to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with industry best practices.

This position requires strong experience in infrastructure, network, and applications support preferably within warehousing/manufacturing. The successful candidate will possess a proven background in IT leadership, demonstrated ability to extract value from Enterprise Resource Planning systems, solid project management capability, and excellent vendor relationship management skills.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, broad functional and technical knowledge of IT systems and technology trends, and awareness of the risks and opportunities they create for the business. They will also have extensive familiarity with Information and Communication Technology systems, applications, and operating systems, as well as awareness of Data Protection legislation and its implications for ICT.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary IT contact for senior leadership, planning and overseeing the rollout of new technologies, owning the integration and day-to-day reliability of key platforms, and establishing and upholding appropriate governance for IT services and projects.
