Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Lawyer to join our team in Cork or Dublin offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex cases involving assisted decision-making, HSE, wardships, mental health matters and sensitive applications
  • Providing high-level litigation and advocacy services in the District Court
  • Representing clients in Circuit Court and High Court as required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with strong general litigation experience in the District Court
  • Advocacy experience in Circuit Court and High Court would be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years' PQE
