Audit Management Leader

Our client is a rapidly expanding global firm with ambitious plans for further growth. They require an experienced Audit Director to join their team, as well as seasoned Audit Senior Managers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying client needs and new business opportunities within client organisations. This includes project management, supervising and training junior members of the team, and preparing and presenting business tenders.

A successful Audit Director at our client will be responsible for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team, ensuring that firm standards are maintained throughout the entire audit process.

Key requirements include ACA/ACCA qualification, a minimum of 7 years' experience with portfolio and management experience, and expertise in asset management audit, particularly funds and spvs.

A strong technical skillset, including Irish GAAP, auditing standards and IFRS, is essential. Additionally, electronic auditing experience and the ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines are highly valued.
