Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take on a strategic role in enhancing compliance and operational risk management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of testing processes with precision and accountability, ensuring alignment with the firm's highest risks.

  • Execute testing processes with accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced analytical thinking to evaluate complex testing situations, identifying key information and making data-driven decisions.
  • Carry out in-depth control evaluations to identify control coverage gaps, verify control design and implementation, and assess control effectiveness.
  • Manage a diverse team, planning and organizing activities to integrate and coordinate work across different parts of the department.
  • Make informed decisions that have a wide-ranging impact throughout the function, using knowledge of risk and control testing principles, practices, and theories.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 7 years of experience in executing and managing testing processes within a risk and control environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking, with a track record of systematically evaluating complex testing situations and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability in conducting in-depth control evaluations, identifying control coverage gaps, and assessing control effectiveness.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams, with a focus on planning and organizing activities across different parts of a department.
  • Advanced proficiency in risk management and controls, with a history of making sound decisions in the best interest of the firm according to risk management practices and policies.
