This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned construction professional to take on a senior role in the management of large-scale residential projects. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and supervision of construction activities, ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About the Role
You will be coordinating and supervising the construction of a brand-new high-rise residential development in Dublin city, overseeing all site activities and managing manpower on site, including direct staff, trades, and subcontractors. You will also host meetings with architects, designers, site crew, and senior management to update them on the progress of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and supervision of construction activities
- Oversee all site activities and manage manpower on site
- Host meetings with stakeholders to update them on project progress
- Supervise works on site to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
- Plan and coordinate daily requirements of the site, including labor, materials, and meeting deadlines
- Perform company compliance, health and safety procedures, and administrative tasks
Requirements
- A degree in Construction Management or similar trade qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Developer in Ireland
- Ability to effectively manage site programs and associated schedules to required deadlines
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite, including Project
