Job Overview

About the Role

  • Lead project design from inception to completion, overseeing the work of junior engineers and mentoring graduate design engineers.
  • Prepare project reports and liaise with clients and local authorities on project-related matters.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers, checking their calculations and providing guidance.

Skill Requirements

  • Proficiency in civil design software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroDrainage.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading teams.
  • Chartered status or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Level 8 degree in a relevant field (level 9 advantageous).
