Technical Animal Health Specialist

Our organization is dedicated to delivering innovative animal health solutions. As a key member of our Laboratory Services team, the TSA Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing animal well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the TSA team to provide technical expertise for process deviations, root cause investigations, CAPAs, process improvements, review, and approval of change controls.
- Implement new production methods and technologies, ensuring seamless transfer to production.
- Develop strategic partnerships with site business units to address TSA activity-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest literature and technologies to maintain excellence in biological product manufacture.
- Master's degree in a technical discipline such as biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, or biopharmaceuticals.
- PhD highly desirable.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and projects.
- Project management skills highly desirable.
- Proactive at keeping current with literature and latest technologies.
- Excellent understanding of GMP, ICH, and compendia regulations and guidance.
