Job Title: Chief Incident Response Specialist

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization's operational resilience and incident response capabilities are in line with global business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain operational resiliency plans, ensuring they align with overall business continuity strategies across all business groups.
  • Create and facilitate tabletop exercises and simulations of business continuity and incident response scenarios, documenting findings and recommendations in After-Action Reports (AARs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and enforce schedules for regularly occurring tests of business continuity and systems recovery processes.
  • Maintain and enhance established policies, playbooks, and incident response procedures, staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Participate in external business continuity management organizations, keeping abreast of trends and developments.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed and provide incident response and business continuity support, leading incidents when required.
  • Facilitate communication streams horizontally and vertically during major incidents.
  • Engage with business leaders to discuss moving functions between offices, providing support for EIM Intranet portal pages and drafting incident communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor news and alert services to rapidly identify events affecting or potentially affecting offices and personnel, escalating concerns to relevant management.
  • Communicate technology issues to internal and external stakeholders in layman terms.
  • BUILD relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the EIM program within the organization.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for EIM requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses to business and employee needs.
  • Collaborate with senior management, department leaders, and business stakeholders to understand critical processes, provide guidance, and conduct business impact assessments.
  • Manage external client engagements, completing due diligence questionnaires and providing client overviews during due diligence visits.
