Job Title: Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to work in a premier adult-only destination spa.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional face and body treatments to our guests using organic and results-driven products.

You will also advise guests on suitable treatments and products to enhance their spa experience, provide outstanding guest service, and promote and upsell treatments and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

In addition, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa facilities and participate in ongoing training to refine your skills and knowledge of unique body and skincare ranges including VOYA, ILA, and FLOURISH.

Key Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified with experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications in both facial and body treatments at CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
