About our Operations teams:

  • They are responsible for controlling our vast range of fast-moving inventory, from Inbound to Outbound departments.
  • Theym work smart to improve processes and workflows wherever possible.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be creative in bringing your ideas to life, working with our Operations teams and driving communication within the Fulfillment Center. Your daily interactions will be varied and engaging, allowing you to make a positive impact on our internal and external customers.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and coordinating onsite employee engagement events, managing associated budgets and deadlines, and acting as the site Charity Champion. You will also be responsible for managing communication channels, including newsletters, corporate communications, and site-specific message boards and feedback channels.

You will work closely with all support staff to build, coordinate, and secure robust support and resources for projects and initiatives. A typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility to adjust your work schedule from time to time and to travel between sites.

Basic qualifications include demonstrable experience in the key responsibilities of the role, ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. A degree-level qualification or equivalent is preferred.
