Job Description:
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Cork.

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, updating care plans accordingly.">
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.">
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.">
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.">
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and junior staff.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.">
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.">
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential – newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.">
