The Role: We seek a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delighting and empowering our customers through superior customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality customer service and technical troubleshooting, proactively researching and integrating product changes into daily support processes, and maintaining a consultative approach to customer support and program implementation. You will also act as an intermediary between customers and internal teams to resolve escalated and technical issues.

Maintaining the customer-facing knowledge-base documentation and performing other duties as assigned are also essential aspects of this role.

In terms of qualifications, we require a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a customer support role, preferably supporting a SaaS product. Experience troubleshooting browsers, networks, and general HTML is an added bonus. Adaptability, quick learning, and problem-solving skills are crucial, as well as high energy, confidence, and enthusiasm for customer support. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with smart decision making and attention to detail, are also essential.
