Job Title: Regulatory Change Specialist

Savvi Recruitment Consultants is looking for a talented Regulatory Change Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving effective implementation of regulatory change initiatives and fostering a culture of openness and collaboration within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk, or audit within financial services, with 2-4 years of experience in relevant roles. You will possess knowledge of key compliance and regulatory topics, with a proven track record of practical application.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of compliance, collaborating with international counterparts and enterprise teams to align efforts on regulatory initiatives.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Implement regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with compliance deadlines and standards.
  3. Manage specific regulatory change programmes, overseeing projects from inception through to business-as-usual transfer.
  4. Build strong relationships with business lines, fostering open communication and collaboration on projects.
  5. Provide expert guidance and support to business line queries.

Requirements:

  • A third-level qualification (degree or similar) in a relevant field such as law, business, or finance.
  • A Diploma in Compliance (or equivalent) is beneficial; advanced qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritisation, communication, and delivery.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
