Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Retail Service Associate. This role involves providing outstanding customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Customers
  • Take orders accurately and promptly
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drinks
  • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely delivery
  • Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues as needed
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
