Alternative Investment Expert

About the Role:
The Manager, Alternative Investments will be responsible for overseeing the Alternative Investments group, driving performance management and staff development initiatives.
This role will also provide subject matter expertise support to large clients in the region, engage in new business opportunities, sales, and RFP operations, as well as BAU operations for IOO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain specific subject expertise to advise businesses on management and relevant third parties.
- Provide advice on business trends and implications, interacting with various business areas to determine automation needs.
- Maintain risk management and compliance programs.
- Support the expanding LTAF/LTIF semi-liquid structure support in the EMEA region with local presence of expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in private debt, syndicate loan, and alternative investment products.
- In-depth knowledge of business units and functions.
- Prior experience in conducting performance management, career development processes, and providing leadership at a high technical level.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of capital markets.
