Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our surveying teams and manage the complete QS function. The successful candidate will ensure contract profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exercise leadership on day-to-day surveying functions on contracts.
  • Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Develop and manage a team of surveying personnel.
  • Implement effective cost control strategies.
  • Establish a supportive work environment that fosters positive relationships among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Welfare management systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a QS, with proven experience managing other Quantity Surveyors.
