Job Description:

A Management Accountant role has been designed to support the Financial Controller and Director of Finance, ensuring reliable planning, decision-making, and financial control.

This position involves providing expert financial guidance and advice to drive business growth and improvement. Key responsibilities include management accounting and corporate reporting, data modelling and variance analysis, core accounting functions, costing analysis, accurate recording of financial transactions, supporting business transformation and control projects, creation of management accounts, reconciliations, and supporting third-party audits.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role also requires forecasting company performance and maintaining strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CIMA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant with minimum two years post-qualification experience and preferably manufacturing industry experience.
