Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect

We seek an experienced professional to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

  • Develop secure, scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with business goals.
  • Define best practices and standards for Salesforce development and integration.
  • Create technical roadmaps to support current and future business needs.

Solution Implementation & Development:

Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce features, ensuring quality and efficiency. Guide developers in using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Present architectural designs in a clear, business-friendly manner. Provide technical expertise during strategic planning and decision-making.

Integration & Data Management:

Lead the integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and other technologies. Ensure data integrity, security, and synchronization across integrated systems.

Governance & Performance:

Establish governance frameworks to maintain compliance with Salesforce and business standards. Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. Foster knowledge-sharing and skill development within the team. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
