We are seeking an experienced Residential Development Project Lead to join our team. This role will involve leading the planning, tendering and delivery of large residential projects in Cork City and County.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the commercial team in the development of project plans and budgets
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
  • Plan and manage resource allocation for projects
  • Implement best practices in project controls, performance management and reporting
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and labour requirements
  • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager
  • Experience in large-scale residential and commercial projects in Ireland or the UK
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with local government, ESB, Irish Water and planning authorities
