Pharmacist Supervisor

McCauley Pharmacy, a leading Irish-owned pharmacy chain with 35 branches nationwide and over 500 colleagues, is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for its McCauley Fairgreen Shopping Centre store.

We require applicants who can drive and deliver excellence in Pharmacy care by working in a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day running of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with controlled drugs regulations, and maintaining high standards of Pharmacy Presentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking. Additionally, they should be capable of working independently and driving business growth within the dispensary and store.

• Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is advantageous, but full training will be provided for those coming from other backgrounds.
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately on multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• People management and leadership skills.
