Job Title: Pharmacy Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacy professional to lead our team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the dispensary, ensuring smooth delivery of services to customers
- Maintain high standards of stock management, including purchasing, ordering, stock monitoring, merchandising, date checking, and stocktaking
- Ensure adherence to controlled drugs regulations and maintain accurate records
- Drive business growth within the dispensary and store by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies
- Communicate effectively with diverse personalities, providing exceptional customer service at all times
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage, but full training will be provided to those coming from other backgrounds.
You must be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work accurately on multiple tasks in a busy environment.
