Job Overview

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of bridge engineering professionals to drive business development, resource planning, and project delivery.
  • Oversee the design input and technical aspects of projects to ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a local team of bridge engineers, driving business development and planning resources.
  • Design Oversight: Provide technical input and oversee structural project delivery.
  • Project Management: Deliver quality projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.
  • Mentorship: Develop junior team members' skills and careers.
Requirements
  • Chartered Bridge Engineer (CEng, MIStructE, or equivalent).
  • Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Relevant experience as Bridge / Senior Bridge Engineer on Irish projects post-graduation.
