Senior Financial Professional

As a seasoned financial professional, you will oversee the revenue management and financial reporting processes for clinical trial projects.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will ensure accurate revenue recognition, financial forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the financial integrity of projects.
- Manage revenue recognition process ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance including revenue, FTE requirements, unbilled position.
- Delivery of required audit documentation and ensure full and effective compliance with Sox requirements.
- Ensure internal financial controls and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- CPA or similar qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis or accounting ideally within clinical research or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial management systems and tools with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Effective communication and leadership skills with ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
