About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our team in delivering projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Setup: Oversee safe and compliant worksites, ensuring accurate execution of project plans.
  • Crew Leadership: Motivate and guide a small, capable crew, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Materials Management: Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, maintaining tidy and safe work zones.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with head office, ensuring seamless information flow and accurate record-keeping.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully Qualified Driver: Possess a valid B licence and Safe Pass certification.
  • Manual Handling and Civil Works: Have hands-on experience in civil works, including kerbing, ducting, signage, and other related tasks.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Be able to accurately read and interpret drawings, complete job sheets, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your crew towards shared goals.
