Software Engineering Opportunity

As a skilled Software Engineer, you will contribute to projects requiring technical expertise and innovative solutions.

You will participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and roadmap planning, aligning technical work with organizational goals. You will also break down complex tasks, enhance team efficiency through code reviews, and build scalable, high-performance systems.

You will collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and effective technical solutions. Additionally, you will offer guidance to junior engineers, supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Code: Contribute to projects that require technical expertise
  • Plan: Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and roadmap planning
  • Implement: Break down tasks, enhance team efficiency through code reviews
  • Collaborate: Work with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and effective technical solutions
  • Mentor: Offer guidance to junior engineers, supporting their growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Have 3+ years of experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages
  • Be well-versed in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • Have experience building and maintaining large-scale software systems
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience
  • Have experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Enjoy mentoring and collaborating with engineers of different skill levels to promote growth and success
