About This Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing the kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to menu development and implement new dishes
  • Manage and train the kitchen team to ensure a well-organized and motivated unit
  • Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
  • Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
  • Support brand standards through training and assessment of the team

Requirements:

  • Strong Junior Sous or previous Sous Chef experience
  • Approaches food in a creative way
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Willingness to learn
