About the Role:

This position involves executing trades in a sub-account within our firm, creating and implementing effective trading strategies, participating in regular meetings, courses, and coaching sessions to enhance your trading skills, staying informed about market trends, news, and technological advancements, and diligently managing risk and upholding trading discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute trades in a sub-account within our firm with precision and speed.
  • Develop and implement successful trading strategies that drive results.
  • Engage in regular meetings, courses, and coaching sessions to improve trading skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, news, and technological advancements to make informed decisions.
  • Manage risk effectively and maintain high trading standards.

Requirements:

  • Passion for trading with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trading or managing investments.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and principles.
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of Java is a plus but not mandatory.
