Senior Cloud Engineering Director

">About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Engineering Leader to drive technology initiatives on our investment side. This leadership role involves building and scaling cloud capabilities, guiding a team of engineers, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on investment platforms.
  2. Develop and execute the technical strategy for Aladdin and related systems.
  3. Collaborate closely with investment professionals and technology leaders to align solutions with business objectives.
  4. Oversight of architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and innovation.
  5. Spearhead cloud transformation initiatives, driving the development of Azure-based investment platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager in financial or investment systems.
  • Experience working with investment platforms (ideally Aladdin).
  • Strong technical background in .NET and/or Python, with expertise in Azure cloud services.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance without being hands-on daily.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
