The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the execution and delivery of testing plans, supporting test and release of priority lots, structured problem solving, and providing technical support for laboratory investigations.

Responsibilities include:
• Conducting testing of finished products using various techniques for solid oral dosage, sterile, and biologic products.
• Reviewing analytical data and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and protocols.
• Supporting reviews and investigations for out-of-trend or out-of-specification results.
• Participating in validation and commercial/developmental manufacturing activities.
• Troubleshooting standard instrumentation and test methods.
• Coordinating waste management, LEAN/Operational excellence, and 5S efforts.
• Engaging in QC and cross-functional projects as needed.
• Assisting in training QC staff.
• Writing and revising methods, specifications, and SOPs as necessary.

Key Skills and Requirements:
• Experience with chromatographic separations, particularly UPLC/HPLC and Empower.
• Strong technical writing skills for protocols, reports, and procedures.
• Ability to analyze data logically for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, GLPs, pharmacopoeial, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical testing and validation.
• BSc degree in Analytical Biochemistry or equivalent.
