Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and a strong commitment to safety.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work-related activities are conducted with a safety-first approach, following verbal and written instructions, and adhering to established protocols.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Numerate and Literate: Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential for this role.
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, is critical for success in this position.
  • Initiative and Pressure Management: Ability to work on own initiative while managing pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Team Building: Strong ability to build effective team relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Quality and Safety: Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Picking & Packing Experience: Previous experience in picking and packing is desirable but not essential.
