Data Center Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain critical facilities infrastructure as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to data center customers.
Key Responsibilities- Review and respond to work order requests in a timely manner.
- Escalate and expedite orders to appropriate teams as needed.
- Ensure adherence to commit times and maintain detailed written records of all work activity.
- Update local asset databases and other systems.
- Perform rack and stack of customer equipment tickets and support intra-cage infrastructure installations.
- Support semi-routine datacenter standard operating cross-connect work orders.
- Ensure cable management procedures are followed.
- Support operations and security personnel and provide backup assistance when necessary.
- Support customer satisfaction by adhering to execution order requirements.
- Assist with project fulfillment and physical audits.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using various software applications and systems.
- Familiarity with data center operations and maintenance procedures.
