About the Job:
TN Ireland is looking for an experienced Patent Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of paralegal experience, working knowledge of Foundation IP portfolio management software, and familiarity with US and European patent procedures and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain patent portfolio data and generate reports in the Foundation IP database
- Manage global annuities for our patent portfolio
- Assist with cross-citing matters between law firms for information disclosure statements
- Support the development of patent prosecution procedures and guidelines
- Review and track outside counsel invoices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of paralegal experience
- Working knowledge of Foundation IP portfolio management software
- Familiarity with US and European patent procedures and practices
- Experience with patent docketing and patent portfolio management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Workspace applications, Gsuite
- Paralegal experience managing trademark portfolios
- Interest in learning about new technologies
