Quality Assurance Role

This Production Quality Analyst position is responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and products in our Dublin facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Standards: Ensure that all materials and products meet established quality standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Engineers on the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum Diploma in Quality or a related field is required. Alternatively, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality-related role is necessary. Previous experience with internal audits and their monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Qualifications: A minimum Quality Technician I level certification for at least 6-12 months is required. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential.
