Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Team Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of materials to ensure an efficient supply chain. This role focuses on stock accuracy, supplier coordination, inbound and outbound logistics, and quality control while streamlining processes to optimize product availability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team and Workload Management: Understand priorities for each role, set work, and check in on priorities; evaluate work quality, ensuring correct usage of system; ensure company policies are followed.
  • Materials & Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee stock checks, purchase orders, and stock accuracy to maintain optimal inventory levels; manage goods-in processes to ensure timely material receipt.
  • Full Cycle Product Management: Manage new product introduction and product launches from a product set up, configuration, and materials planning perspective.

Requirements:
  • Professionalism with a drive to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • 3rd level qualification/diploma/certification (preferably Business or Health related).
  • At least two years' experience in a fast-paced customer-focused role.
