We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder to join our Operations Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight from around the world, ensuring that all aspects of quoting, forwarding, customs, and third-party services are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Utilize our technology platform to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with quality systems, including AEO and ISO.
  • BUILD AND DEVELOP SUCCESSFUL SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Evaluate and prepare documentation for customs and insurance purposes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed about shipment progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Fluency in English and ability to speak local language.
  • High level of energy and positive attitude.
  • Eligibility to work in the country.
