About the Role

As a core member of the Asset and Governance team, you will play a vital role in enabling ESB Telecoms to achieve its strategic goals. Your primary responsibilities will include the preparation of commercial client billing schedules, ensuring accurate audits, and verifying compliance with customer agreements.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in administration or finance, with experience working in a structured process-driven environment. They will demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities, numerical accuracy, and communication skills. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and other IT systems is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Billing schedule preparation and biannual invoicing for the tower business in ESBT.
  • Audit and verification of telecommunications towers equipment count for invoicing purposes.
  • Compliance verification with customer agreements regarding Towers Infrastructure equipment.
  • Licenses and Addendums preparation, review, and renewal for ESBT customers.
  • Fibre billing schedule preparation according to individual customer contracts.
