  • Experience in strategic workforce planning, either as a consultant or as part of an internal HR team
  • 2+ years similar experience
  • Experience in building strategic workforce planning capability for organizations
  • Proven track record of managing workforce-related projects/programmes through all phases of the project/programme lifecycle
