We're looking for a mid-level designer to join our Dublin team and take on a high-impact role with ownership. You'll design experiences that sit at the heart of how users first engage with our platform, working across products to turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that encourage discovery, adoption, and delight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design for core areas of our platform introducing users to our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring ideas from concept to launch.
  • Use research, data, and feedback to continuously refine and improve user journeys.
  • Contribute to our design system shaping how our product looks, feels, and works.
  • Owning projects end-to-end, with autonomy to make a visible impact.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS or growth-driven environments.
  • A strong portfolio showing UX/UI design across web applications.
  • Confidence balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • A mindset that's both creative and pragmatic – focused on shipping real impact.
