Kitchen Team Leader

This role presents a unique chance to join a dynamic kitchen team as a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food in line with our standards.

• Prepare and produce food for your section, adhering to recipes and presentation standards, demonstrating skill and attention to detail.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day running of your section and all staff working in your section.
• Be aware of all functions, banquets, etc., taking place onsite, ensuring pre-planning of dishes appropriately while being mindful of stock control.
• Plan your time effectively to carry out responsibilities in the most efficient manner.
• Maintain good working relationships with all kitchen and restaurant staff.
• Be familiar with modern trends in cooking and input ideas and suggestions for improvements or new dishes for your section.
• Adhere to Food Hygiene and HACCP Regulations and monitor Commis Chef's compliance.

• Hold a formal qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary Skills.
• Have previous experience at a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level, working within a 4 or 5 Star Kitchen.
• Demonstrate passion about food and interest in working within a Fine Dining Environment.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Be able to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
