Insolvency & Restructuring Assistant Manager/Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency & Restructuring Assistant Manager/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with experience in restructuring and insolvency or corporate finance.

Job Description:

The Insolvency & Restructuring Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for carrying out financial investigations, collating financial information, and preparing detailed financial reports on distressed clients. They will also work closely with leading professionals in legal, property, and other fields to deliver high-quality results.

  • Carrying out financial analysis and investigations
  • Collating financial information and preparing detailed financial reports
  • Working directly with clients and external bodies
  • Running distressed businesses and managing insolvency projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant
  • Experience in restructuring and insolvency or corporate finance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude in financial investigations and financial analysis
