Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at The Hoban Hotel. As a key ambassador for our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. We are looking for someone with a warm and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Operate the switchboard, manage telephone and email inquiries, and ensure prompt and professional communication
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their stay
- Manage bookings, handle no-shows and late cancellations, and apply relevant charges
- Deal with guest complaints, queries, and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner
