Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. They will oversee the negotiation and drafting of complex legal agreements, lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, and collaborate with various stakeholders to assess and mitigate commercial risks associated with aviation leasing transactions.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification, as well as extensive proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial risks within the aviation industry and regional experience is considered advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Valid legal practice license in the USA, England, and/or Ireland
• Minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience in legal practice
• Demonstrated expertise in management and supervision
• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and legal skills, coupled with a strong commercial acumen
