Project Manager for Large-Scale Construction Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale construction projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and control. They will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of Quantity Surveyors to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers
  • Managing budgets and resource allocation
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management

Requirements include:

  • Level 8 degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, civil engineering)
  • Professional experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
