We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive operational efficiency on the shop floor. This role involves coaching and developing manufacturing team members to achieve key objectives in production, safety, quality, service, and cost.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, corrective actions, supporting new product commercialization, and fostering team growth within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support manufacturing team leaders, engineers, and associates to meet or exceed performance targets in safety, quality, service, and cost.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address any conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure company policies are consistently applied and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Support employee development plans and ensure all required training is completed.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Analyze monthly performance data and report on KPIs and quality concerns.
  • Develop and implement systems to meet safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.
  • Address systemic issues impacting performance and prioritize improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing principles.
